33gt99 reserves the absolute right to refuse registration or to close an Account at any time if it determines, in its sole discretion, that an eligibility requirement has not been met or has ceased to be met.

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. Registering or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, 33gt99 will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. This includes all bets placed, games played, deposits made, and withdrawals requested. In the event that a deposit is made in error or a chargeback is initiated through a payment provider, 33gt99 reserves the right to suspend the relevant Account pending investigation. Any costs incurred by 33gt99 as a result of fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by a Player may be recovered from the Player's Account Balance.

All promotions are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer and the general bonus rules set out in this section.

  • Bonus Funds must be wagered in accordance with the stated Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money.
  • Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be used within seven (7) days of being credited to the Account. Unused Bonus Funds will expire after this period.
